Nancy Rice is the heart and vision behind Luna Belle Beauty. A professional makeup artist since 2009, Nancy brings a rare blend of artistry, professionalism, and warmth to every bridal moment. Originally from Los Angeles, she began her career after graduating first in her class from the prestigious MKC Beauty Academy, founded by celebrity makeup artist Margaret Kimura.

Her passion and talent quickly opened doors into the film and entertainment world, where she worked with major production companies like Disney, Lionsgate, and Summit, honing her skills on high-pressure sets and learning what it truly means to make someone feel camera-ready.

After years of working in the lifestyle and entertainment industries, Nancy found her true calling in bridal beauty. She launched Luna Belle Beauty to offer brides a luxury, on-location beauty experience rooted in trust, personalization, and calm. As a mom, Nancy understands the importance of balancing beauty with practicality, and she brings that same care and attention to every bride’s special day. Today, Luna Belle Beauty is made up of a hand-selected team of professional artists who reflect Nancy’s high standards, artistic eye, and warm approach—serving clients across California and Nevada with unmatched dedication and grace.
